Cathie is a registered Nurse whose roles have encompassed that of Senior Tissue Viability Clinician as well as Head of Governance and Quality at the National Wound Healing Centres. An indepth expertise in this field was developed with a particular emphasis on the prevention and management of pressure injuries.
Additionally, Cathie has a wide range of experience in clinical audit, service and documentation redesign, clinical evaluations and case study preparation across a broad spectrum of healthcare organisations including hospital, community and Care Home sectors.
Cathie has written for and been extensively published in the Nursing press as well as being a sought after speaker.
